CUPERTINO — November 2, 2026. Cupertino’s next city-organized document shredding and environmental recycling event is Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 8 a.m. until noon at De Anza College.
Where and who may attend
The event is at Parking Lot A, 21250 Stevens Creek Boulevard. The city says Cupertino residents can use the service at no cost, with no registration required, but must bring identification demonstrating residency.
What belongs at the event
The city refers residents to its environmental recycling guide for accepted papers, electronics and other eligible items. A document-shredding event does not automatically accept paint, solvents or other dangerous waste.
Before transporting a load
Check the current Environmental Day materials list and quantity caps. Drivers should keep personal information secure until materials are handed to the operator and must not abandon bags or boxes after the event closes.
